A tax practice is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to support its expanding energy tax practice. Work focuses on federal income tax matters, preferably with a focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, or other energy-related transactions, advising on the tax aspects of project development, acquisitions, financings, and joint ventures. Familiarity with federal tax credits and incentives applicable to renewable energy projects is important, along with experience advising sponsors, developers, investors, and lenders. Candidates may be based in any of several U.S. offices.
