A tax group is seeking a mid to senior-level associate (classes of 2020-2023) with strong transactional tax experience. Experience with partnerships and/or REITs is a plus. The firm offers an enhanced lateral mentor program, professional development, a hybrid work model, and an extensive pro bono program. Starting base salary expected between $260,000 and $390,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
