A global real estate team is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience for its Los Angeles or San Francisco office. The practice advises domestic and international investors, developers, institutions and individuals on commercial, residential and non-profit transactions across all asset classes. The role covers complex purchases and sales (title and survey review, escrow, closings), finance, commercial leasing, conveyancing, entitlements and subdivisions, construction contracts, and structuring and drafting of ownership vehicles, along with California real estate compliance and general real estate tax issues. Experience or interest in working alongside tax, trusts and estates, and litigation colleagues is valued. Admission to the California Bar required. Expected annual range $210,000-$288,000.
