Public Finance Associate, San Francisco · Leading Public Finance Practice

A top-ranked public finance group is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience. The practice handles the full spectrum of financing matters for state and local governmental entities, 501(c)(3) organizations, investment banks, bond purchasers, and developers, including municipal bonds, notes and other tax-exempt or taxable obligations, public infrastructure and capital improvement financings, nonprofit and for-profit project financings, securitizations, public-private partnerships, and workouts. A transactional background and experience in public finance, the UCC and securities law is a plus but not required given an on-the-job training program. Must be a member of a U.S. state bar. Expected salary range $235,000-$310,000.
