Structured Finance Associate, New York · AmLaw 100 Firm

AmLaw 100 firm seeks a structured finance associate for its New York office to work on complex capital markets transactions.

The work:

• Work on structured finance transactions involving asset-backed securities and structured credit arrangements
• Support development and execution of asset-backed credit facilities and forward flow arrangements
• Prepare and review transaction documentation including credit agreements and offering documents
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on complex structured products
• Assist with deal management and closing coordination

What they're looking for:

• 2-4 years of structured finance or asset-backed finance experience
• Strong knowledge of ABS, asset-backed credit facilities, and forward flow arrangements preferred
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Superior academic credentials and client-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments

Compensation: $235,000 to $365,000.
