Vault Top 10 law firm seeking a senior associate or counsel-level attorney in structured capital and fund finance for its Chicago or New York office.

The work:

• Advising institutional sponsors, issuers, and investors in structuring securitization and fund finance solutions
• Handling complex debt instruments including rated note feeders, collateralized fund obligations, and net-asset-value transactions
• Structuring insurance-focused private asset-backed securitization and capital call arrangements
• Managing management company and general partner financing transactions
• Collaborating across teams in structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fund finance, structured capital, or specialized asset-backed securitization
• Demonstrated experience advising sponsors, financial institutions, and market participants on complex transactions
• Ability to work effectively on cross-functional deals
• Admitted or eligible for admission in relevant state jurisdictions
• Compensation: $310,000–$435,000
