Global AmLaw 50 firm with substantial corporate advisory practice serving clients on significant transactions. This role sits within the firm's corporate finance group, handling a broad range of corporate transactions and banking matters across multiple industries. You'll support clients through deal structuring, documentation, and negotiation, collaborating with experienced partners and counsel.

The work:

• Corporate finance and banking transactions across various industries
• Contract drafting, negotiation, and review
• Deal analysis and structuring advice
• Client counseling and relationship management
• Work across multiple office locations and deal teams

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience with focus on finance and banking
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Excellent academic background
• Bar admission in California, New York, or Illinois
• Interest in building corporate finance expertise
