An internationally recognized corporate practice is seeking an associate with four to seven years of experience with public and/or private companies. Ideal candidates will have experience representing companies in capital markets transactions; advising public companies on SEC ('34 Act) reporting, corporate governance, and exchange compliance; and managing client relationships and day-to-day workflow for sophisticated public company clients. Experience representing high-growth businesses in financings, M&A, and general corporate matters is a plus. Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a national or international firm expected. Expected annual pay range $310,000-$420,000.
