A market-leading global finance practice is seeking an associate with 5+ years of experience in NAV financings, subscription financings, asset-backed financings or other relevant work, including secured lending and/or derivatives. The role involves representing financial institutions, alternative lenders, and investment vehicles across a diverse range of fund finance products and derivatives transactions and asset classes, with the ability to manage client relationships and move transactions forward independently. Candidates must be admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar. Target salary range $390,000-$420,000.
