A global law firm with a market-leading aviation finance practice seeks a mid-level associate for its Singapore office. The team advises a broad client base including airlines, aircraft lessors, lenders, and export credit agencies on complex aviation transactions.

The work:

• Structuring and documenting aircraft purchases, sales, and leasing arrangements
• Advising on aircraft financing and cross-border debt structures
• Managing leasing agreements and equipment finance documentation
• Supporting aircraft restructuring and workout matters
• Collaborating with clients across multiple jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in banking or aviation finance (Singapore, England & Wales, or equivalent common law qualification)
• Strong drafting and technical expertise in aviation finance
• Ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision and lead commercial analysis
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent case management
• Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
