Banking and Finance Associate, Singapore · Global Finance Powerhouse

A leading global law firm is expanding its banking and finance team in Singapore. The practice advises multinational corporations, investment-grade borrowers, and alternative credit funds across Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific, handling English law and Singapore law matters.

The work:

• Advising on acquisition finance, asset-based lending, and fund finance
• Handling real estate finance, receivables finance, and structured trade finance
• Working on securities lending and TMT financing across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing transactional documentation with appropriate supervision
• Collaborating with international teams on cross-border deals

What they're looking for:

• 2+ years of banking and finance experience (UK equivalent or common law jurisdiction)
• Qualified in Singapore, England & Wales, or equivalent
• Strong technical expertise in structured banking and lending
• Strong drafting and case management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
• Strong academic background
• Proactive, collaborative approach to work
