A global infrastructure finance practice based in Singapore handles some of the region's most significant energy and project-financed transactions. This team represents the full ecosystem of infrastructure deals: sponsors seeking capital, institutional lenders structuring complex finance, and investors managing assets across power, renewables, energy transition, and emerging infrastructure sectors.

The work:

• Project finance documentation on large-scale infrastructure deals spanning power generation, renewable energy, energy transition, battery and mineral supply chains, and digital infrastructure (towers, submarine cables, data centers)
• Negotiation and drafting of term sheets, project agreements, finance documents, and ancillary securities
• Due diligence analysis on construction, offtake, supply, and concession structures
• Transaction management across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholder groups

What they're looking for:

• 5–6 years of substantive project finance and documentation experience
• Proven drafting ability in complex, limited-recourse infrastructure finance
• Comfort with FIDIC and other industry-standard documentation frameworks
• Experience analyzing construction contracts, power purchase agreements, and supply arrangements
• Ability to work through multi-jurisdictional complexity without losing the commercial thread
• Mandarin or other Asian language proficiency desirable
• Strong critical thinking applied to due diligence and problem-solving
• Collaborative approach and effective internal communication
