Junior associate position in banking and private credit, joining a market-leading practice that advises lenders, borrowers, financial sponsors, and credit funds across syndicated lending, leveraged finance, and direct lending.

The work:

• Support syndicated lending transactions and leveraged buyout financings
• Assist with direct lending and private credit structures including first lien, unitranche, and mezzanine loans
• Work on asset-based lending and preferred equity transactions
• Support multi-tiered capital structures and restructurings
• Develop expertise across the full spectrum of lending products and markets

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or banking
• Singapore bar qualification
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work on complex transactions
• Knowledge of syndicated and private credit markets
