A top international capital markets practice is hiring a US-qualified associate into its Seoul office, working on equity and debt offerings for Korean issuers accessing the international markets. Business-fluent Korean is required alongside US securities experience. The search runs through a direct line to the hiring partner.

The work:

• Run US-law equity and debt capital markets deals for Korean corporates and financial institutions.
• Draft offering documents and handle Rule 144A, Reg S, and SEC-registered execution.
• Work directly with issuers, underwriters, and Korean local counsel.
• Cover both ECM and DCM across the full deal cycle.

What they're looking for:

• Three to seven years of US capital markets experience spanning ECM and DCM.
• Business-fluent Korean, spoken and written.
• US qualification.
