The work:

• HKIPO filings and initial public offerings
• Capital markets transactions of varying complexity
• Private equity acquisitions and deal structuring
• Listed company compliance and regulatory matters
• General corporate work supporting financial services clients

What they're looking for:

• Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 5-7 years post-qualification experience
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated track record in HKIPO work, capital markets, and private equity
• Comfortable managing complex transactions under tight deadlines
• Strong team contributor with capacity for independent problem-solving
