Associate, Singapore · Global Vault Top 20 Firm

A top-tier global firm's Singapore office is expanding its corporate practice and seeks a junior to mid-level associate (1-3 PQE) to work on complex cross-border transactions across Asia Pacific.

The work:

• Mergers and acquisitions, from smaller growth company deals to larger strategic transactions
• Capital markets transactions including debt and equity offerings
• Venture capital and private equity investments
• Foreign investment regulatory reviews, licensing, and market-access advice for clients entering new jurisdictions
• Work across telecom, technology, fintech, biotech, and financial services sectors
• Engagement with startups, mid-market companies, and multinational organizations

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of corporate or transactional experience
• Preferably qualified in Singapore, England, US, or Australian jurisdictions
• Ability to manage multiple matters without losing attention to detail
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
• Comfort learning new practice areas and industry sectors as needed
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Track record of working effectively in a collaborative environment
