The work:

• Represent clients in federal, state, local, and cross-border tax controversies
• Handle transfer pricing, partnership tax, and international tax disputes
• Address employment tax, excise tax, and SALT matters
• Manage investigations and compliance issues involving sensitive tax matters
• Work with the appellate team on disputed matters escalating to litigation or appeal

What they're looking for:

• 2-5 years of tax controversy and dispute experience
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate, partnership, or transfer pricing disputes
• Understanding of international tax and state/local tax issues
• Experience with IRS procedures and tax authority interactions
• Writing sample required
