A leading national firm with a nationally recognized tax practice is seeking LL.M. candidates for its Income Tax group in Dallas or Houston. The role spans sophisticated federal and international tax planning with transactional work across multiple practice areas, embedded in a mentorship-focused environment.

The work:

• Handle federal and international tax issues on transactional and advisory matters
• Collaborate with colleagues in corporate, finance, private equity, energy, real estate, and litigation on tax-efficient deal structuring
• Develop tax planning strategies for complex transactions
• Draft tax analysis and transactional documents
• Build client relationships through direct engagement
• Participate in deal teams and advisory engagements
