Senior Associate, Athens · Vault Top 30 Firm

Global law firm with leading corporate practice. This senior associate role focuses on mergers, acquisitions, and complex corporate transactions with emphasis on real estate and hospitality sectors. Work spans national and cross-border transactions for multinationals, private equity funds, and institutional investors.

The work:

• Lead and manage M&A and corporate transactions for corporate clients, private equity funds, and institutional investors
• Provide legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings
• Oversee legal due diligence and risk assessment
• Draft and negotiate transaction documentation including purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and governance materials
• Collaborate across international offices on cross-border matters
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transaction structuring
• Mentor junior associates

What they're looking for:

• 4-8 years of corporate law experience with M&A focus
• Proven real estate and hospitality sector experience required
• Greek law qualification (England & Wales qualification is an asset)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to work in fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
