Senior real estate associate (ideally class 2020 or above, minimum 5 years' PQE) to join a distinguished and growing corporate real estate practice. Works closely with partners on high-value transactions including corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate and real estate-holding structures, capital solutions, and complex M&A with real estate components. Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work coordinated across tax, finance and private equity teams. Requires strong transactional experience from a top international firm.
