Investment Funds Associate, Luxembourg · Global Finance Powerhouse

This Luxembourg-based global finance firm's Investment Funds team offers hands-on experience in domestic and cross-border fund matters. You'll join a close-knit practice with direct mentorship and immediate responsibility for sophisticated work, collaborating across the firm's international network.

The work:

• Advise on structuring and establishment of regulated and non-regulated investment funds
• Work across alternative funds including private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, debt, and infrastructure
• Counsel on UCITS structures and compliance
• Prepare and review fund documentation and agreements from a Luxembourg perspective
• Conduct legal research and manage regulatory liaison with Luxembourg authorities
• Collaborate internationally with colleagues across jurisdictions

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of investment funds experience
• Master's degree in law with LL.M. preferred
• Admitted to Luxembourg Bar or EU-qualified lawyer
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus
• Commercial approach and demonstrated ability to work effectively across borders
