Real Estate Finance Associate, Princeton · AmLaw 100 Firm
AmLaw 100 firm seeks a mid-level real estate finance associate for its Princeton office. This lender-side practice focuses on acquisition financing, development loans, and other real estate finance arrangements.
The work:
- Represent lenders in real estate finance transactions from loan structuring through closing
- Draft and review loan agreements, promissory notes, and related transaction documentation
- Prepare and review due diligence materials including title commitments, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction-related materials
- Support senior attorneys on complex finance transactions
- Manage closing logistics and documentation
What they're looking for:
- 3-5 years of real estate finance or corporate finance experience representing lenders
- Strong ability to draft and analyze loan documentation
- Solid foundation in due diligence processes
- Active New Jersey bar membership
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Compensation: $235,000 to $365,000.
