Leveraged Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Global Finance Powerhouse

Join an AmLaw 100 firm's leveraged finance practice across multiple US offices. You'll work on fund finance, private credit, and structured finance transactions with lead arrangers, direct lenders, sub-line lenders, NAV lenders, and borrowers.

The work:

• Structuring and documenting fund finance and private credit transactions
• Drafting loan agreements, intercreditor arrangements, and transaction documentation
• Advising lead arrangers and direct lending platforms on deal structuring
• Managing sub-line and NAV lending transactions
• Supporting debt capital markets work across multiple transaction types

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of fund finance, private credit, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or structured finance experience
• Proven track record at AmLaw firms with complex transactions
• Strong drafting and transactional skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously
• Bar admission in applicable jurisdiction

Compensation range: $310,000–$390,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
