Project Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · Vault Top 20 Firm

A Vault Top 20 firm is hiring mid-level associates into its project development and finance practice, with seats open in New York, Washington DC, Miami, or Houston. The work covers domestic and cross-border deals across energy and infrastructure assets. The firm will consider candidates in any of the four locations.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, project documents, and security packages on financings for power, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Act for lenders and sponsors through diligence, closing, and post-closing on both greenfield and operating assets.
• Handle international mandates alongside US deals, coordinating with local counsel across jurisdictions.
• Own discrete workstreams and supervise juniors as transactions move toward signing.

What they're looking for:

• Three to five years in project finance or project development, at a firm or in-house.
• Comfort with both the finance documents and the commercial project agreements on a deal.
• Willingness to base out of New York, Washington DC, Miami, or Houston.
