A leading labor and employment firm's Boulder office is hiring an attorney for employment counsel and litigation. The role covers union relations, collective bargaining, grievance and arbitration, and litigation across discrimination, wage and hour, and accessibility claims. You'll advise on employment policies, compliance, agreements, discipline, workforce reductions, and conduct investigations.

The work:

• Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and manage NLRB matters
• Litigate employment claims involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations
• Advise on employment compliance, policies, agreements, and workplace discipline
• Conduct workplace investigations and manage reduction in force matters
• Handle non-compete and confidentiality disputes

What they're looking for:

• 5-10 years of labor and employment experience
• Work with union and non-union employers
• Litigation background in employment law
• Colorado bar license in good standing
• Strong analytical and communication skills
