Vault Top 10 firm. New York Labor and Employment practice seeking counsel-level attorney for transactional work. You'd advise on executive compensation, equity arrangements, severance packages, and employment compliance for sophisticated clients in a fast-paced environment.

The work:

• Draft and negotiate employment agreements and executive arrangements
• Advise on equity compensation structures and regulatory compliance
• Handle employment policy documentation and risk assessments
• Counsel on severance negotiations and employment disputes

What they're looking for:

• 5-7 years of transactional labor and employment law experience
• New York bar admission required
• Strong academic background and law firm experience
• Ability to manage complex matters in a collaborative environment
• Excellent writing and communication skills

Base compensation: $365K–$455K annually, plus discretionary bonus.
