The work:

• Traditional labor law representation and advocacy
• Collective bargaining negotiations
• Unfair labor practice litigation
• Union campaign and representation matters
• Labor arbitrations and dispute resolution

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years of traditional labor law experience
• Licensed to practice in Oregon or Washington
• Strong academic credentials
• Familiarity with and ability to apply emerging technologies and AI tools to legal work
• Experience in NLRB practice, labor litigation, or union relations
