Labor & Employment Associate, Seattle and Orange County · Established National Law Firm

This is an established national law firm with significant employment litigation practice. The role centers on wage and hour class actions, individual employment disputes, and employment law counseling. You'll handle discovery, depositions, brief writing, and motion arguments. With increasing responsibility, you'd manage client matters independently and provide complex employment law advice. The firm offers positions in Seattle or Orange County.

The work:

• Defend wage and hour class actions and individual employment disputes
• Draft and respond to discovery; take and defend depositions
• Write briefs and argue motions in court
• Provide employment law advice on compliance, policy, and transactions
• Conduct workplace investigations
• Manage case strategy in collaboration with partners

What they're looking for:

• 3-5 years of employment litigation experience in private practice
• Strong writing and analysis skills
• Bar admission in your target state
• Proactive work style and team orientation
• Preferred: background in labor relations or union negotiations
