AmLaw 100 firm's Atlanta office seeks a senior labor and employment associate to join an active trial practice. Candidates with 6-8 years of employment litigation experience will handle matters across the country, alongside counseling work on employment agreements, wage-hour compliance, leave administration, and policy review.

The work:

• Try employment cases in state and federal court
• Advise on employment separations, restrictive covenants, and leave matters
• Handle wage-hour classification and compliance reviews
• Counsel on policy development and employment law matters
• Manage employment-related litigation nationally

What they're looking for:

• 6-8 years of employment litigation experience
• Active Georgia bar membership
• Expertise in both trial work and employment counseling
• JD from ABA-approved law school
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
