Junior Associate, Global Loans, Brussels · Global Finance Firm

Global Finance Firm based in Brussels seeking a junior associate to join its loans and structured finance practice. You'll work on a range of complex financing transactions spanning acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure, securitisation, and debt restructuring across Belgian and international borders.

The work:

• Advising lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on structuring and negotiating financing arrangements
• Drafting transaction documents and related materials
• Handling cross-border elements of complex deals
• Exposure to securitisations, asset-backed transactions, and debt markets
• Supporting infrastructure and acquisition finance matters

What they're looking for:

• Law degree from a Belgian university with an LL.M (banking/finance preferred) or related Master's degree
• 0-2 years in transactional banking and finance at a major law firm
• Eligibility for Brussels Bar registration
• Fluency in English and French; Dutch is an asset
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Team-oriented approach with ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
