CLO Associate, London · Global Finance Powerhouse

An associate role in collateralized loan obligation (CLO) structuring and finance at a global firm. This position suits both lawyers with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience entering the CLO market, and more senior lawyers building deep expertise in structured finance.

The work:

• Structure CLOs and complex, market-leading transactions in loan securitization
• Advise top-tier asset managers, arrangers, and global financial institutions
• Work across multi-party transactions with attention to client relationship-building
• Develop specialized knowledge in structured credit products
