A Magic Circle firm seeks a mid-level Real Estate Finance associate for its London office. The practice advises developers, investors, lenders, and underwriters worldwide on all types of real estate financing across the capital stack.

The work:

• Advise on cross-border real estate finance transactions from both sponsor and lender sides
• Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and other financing materials
• Manage transactions involving multiple offices and local counsel
• Partner with colleagues in real estate, tax, and other practices on integrated transactions
• Research real estate finance developments across jurisdictions
• Mentor junior associates and support staff within the practice
• Cover loan origination, syndication, development finance, and refinancing

What they're looking for:

• Strong academic credentials and technical skills in real estate finance
• Knowledge of property and real estate financing sectors
• Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly with international clients
• Ability to juggle multiple matters simultaneously with short turnarounds
