Mid-level associate position supporting financial institutions and fintech clients on regulatory and transactional matters. The practice handles banking regulatory compliance, licensing, anti-money laundering, consumer protection, fintech regulation, and cryptocurrency matters.

The work:

• Advise financial institutions on regulatory compliance, chartering, and licensing
• Support AML and consumer protection initiatives
• Handle regulatory investigations and administrative enforcement actions
• Work on fintech and cryptocurrency regulatory issues
• Manage transactional matters for financial services clients

What they're looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience (2020-2023 graduate cohort)
• Background in banking regulatory, AML, consumer protection, compliance, or fintech
• Experience with Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, FinCEN, or state banking agencies preferred
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Currently licensed or immediately eligible to practice law
• Excellent academic credentials
• Salary: $235,000-$365,000 based on experience
