Global law firm seeks employment law consultant for 3-month assignment in Melbourne supporting a financial services organization. The role focuses on payroll remediation and compliance. You'll design and implement a comprehensive payroll remediation program that meets all relevant employment law and industrial relations obligations. This involves reviewing business requirements, analyzing enterprise agreements, and working with internal teams to identify compliance gaps and deliver remediation solutions.

The work:

• Designing payroll remediation programs
