Magic Circle firm seeking senior employment lawyer for a three-month consulting engagement.

The work:

• Lead payroll remediation and compliance initiatives in financial services
• Review and draft business requirements for payroll platform implementation
• Analyze Enterprise Agreements for industrial relations and wage compliance
• Identify gaps in payroll systems and design comprehensive remediation programs
• Advise stakeholders on employment law and IR obligations
• Support end-to-end platform remediation

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years of employment law and industrial relations experience
• Demonstrated payroll remediation expertise
• Knowledge of wage protection and Enterprise Agreement legislation
• Ability to interpret and apply complex employment frameworks
• Current practicing certificate required
• Right to work authorization in Australia
• Strong communication skills across organizational levels
