The work:

• Draft welfare plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and related materials
• Advise on tax-qualified retirement plan matters and compliance
• Support executive compensation arrangements and transactions
• Handle diverse ERISA and employee benefits client matters
• Provide legal advice on benefits-related issues

What they're looking for:

• 1-3 years of ERISA and employee benefits experience
• Background with health and welfare plans, tax-qualified plans, and executive compensation
• Strong written communication and drafting skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and responsiveness
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• JD from accredited law school, Pennsylvania bar admission or eligibility
