Experience with growth-stage technology and life sciences companies is ideal; qualified plan, ESOP and health and welfare experience is a plus. Responsibilities include resolving executive pay and benefits issues in deals, designing equity and cash incentive plans and executive agreements, and drafting SEC compensation disclosures. Bar admission in the office's state required.
