Vault Top 10 corporate firm seeking mid-level associate for corporate governance and securities regulation practice. You'll advise public companies on governance structures, board practices, shareholder engagement, and SEC compliance.

The work:

• Counsel public companies on governance standards and shareholder-facing governance disclosures
• Advise on Exchange Act compliance, proxy statements, and securities regulation requirements
• Support initial public offerings from a governance and disclosure perspective
• Draft governance-related materials and board communications
• Research and analyze evolving governance trends and regulatory developments

What they're looking for:

• 2-6 years post-law school with substantive corporate governance and securities regulation experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Law school graduating class of 2020-2024
• Ability to manage multiple client matters
• Compensation: $235,000-$390,000 annually, plus benefits including health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, parental leave, and performance-based bonuses
