A capital markets position focused on debt, equity, and structured transactions for issuers, investment banks, and institutional investors. You'll work on public offerings including IPOs, registered direct offerings, and PIPEs, handling registration statements, offering documents, and transaction management. The role extends to public company reporting and governance matters.

The work:

• Draft and manage registration statements and offering documents for public transactions
• Lead due diligence and transaction teams on complex deals
• Advise on regulatory compliance and public company reporting obligations
• Manage transaction execution across deal types
