AmLaw 50 firm with a leading capital markets practice. This role sits in the corporate team supporting high-stakes securities offerings and related transactions across institutional clients. The position involves significant responsibility for client relationships and supervising junior staff.

The work:

• Drafting and negotiating capital markets transaction documents and securities-related contracts
• Supporting institutional clients through offerings and related regulatory compliance
• Managing day-to-day client relationships and overseeing work flow for complex deals
• Supervising junior associates and supporting broader team deliverables

What they're looking for:

• 4-6 years of transactional or corporate law experience, ideally in capital markets or securities
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with demonstrated client management ability
• Track record managing multiple matters and supervising junior staff
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Base compensation: $310,000-$390,000 depending on experience and background
