Capital Markets Associate, London · Vault Top 10 Firm

Elite global law firm seeking a mid-level capital markets associate (1–2 years post-qualification experience) with hands-on experience in equity capital markets transactions. The London practice operates as an integrated team handling UK, European, and US securities law, providing exposure to complex cross-border deals.

The work:

• Advise on IPOs, secondary offerings, and stock exchange listings
• Develop experience across both equity and debt capital markets
• Handle transactions with UK and US law components, including SEC-registered and 144A offerings
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents for complex, high-profile transactions
• Work with issuers and investors across multiple jurisdictions
• Gain exposure to specialized capital markets instruments and structures

What they're looking for:

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience (US 2nd/3rd year associate equivalent)
• Demonstrated hands-on experience on equity capital markets transactions
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
