The work:

• Handle employment law litigation, from initial consultation through resolution
• Provide strategic counsel on workplace compliance and employment issues
• Work with management clients on various employment-related disputes
• Develop expertise in both litigation and counseling practice

What they're looking for:

• 1-6 years of litigation experience, ideally with employment law focus
• Licensed to practice law in Utah
