US-Qualified Corporate Associate, London · Premier Technology Firm

A premier technology firm is building out its London corporate team and wants a US-qualified associate to join it. The work is US corporate practice run from London, for technology clients on matters that cross the Atlantic. It is a good fit for someone who wants US deal work with an international base.

The work:

• US corporate and transactional work for technology companies operating internationally
• M&A, venture financings, and general corporate advice under US law
• Coordinating with UK and other local counsel on cross-border transactions
• Supporting clients through funding rounds and commercial deals

What they're looking for:

• US qualification (New York or California typical) with corporate experience
• A mid-level associate comfortable working across time zones
• Prior venture or M&A exposure, which will help from day one
