Structured Finance Associate, New York · AmLaw Finance Firm

This role focuses on structured finance transactions and securitization products at a growing practice that advises on market-leading transactions. The work spans diverse securitization formats with emphasis on transaction structuring, documentation, and deal management.

The work:

• Advise on securitization structures including collateralized loan obligations and collateralized fund obligations
• Structure rated note programs and ABCP conduit arrangements
• Handle specialized securitizations of telecom, receivables, consumer loans, and student loans
• Draft and negotiate core transaction documentation
• Manage deal processes from structuring through closing

What they're looking for:

• 4-7 years of securitization and structured finance experience at a peer firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions concurrently
• J.D., bar admission required
