Venture Capital Associate, Multiple US Locations · Premier Technology Firm

Mid-to-senior corporate associate with at least 3 years in a sophisticated corporate practice focused on startup, venture capital and emerging company representation. Experience with or affinity for technology and/or life sciences companies required; M&A and/or capital markets experience a plus. In-house candidates with prior law firm experience welcome. Bar admission in the office jurisdiction required or eligibility to sit/waive in.
