Structured Finance Associate, Multiple US Locations · AmLaw Top 10 Firm

An AmLaw Top 10 firm's finance group is seeking a mid-associate for its structured finance practice, with positions available across multiple US offices. The role focuses on commercial mortgage-backed securities and related structured finance transactions.

The work:

• Analyze and research structured finance transactions, CMBS offerings, and securitizations
• Draft transaction documents, client memoranda, and related correspondence
• Manage transaction workflows from initiation through closing, including due diligence and documentation coordination
• Support client negotiations and work with counterparties on deal structuring and documentation terms
• Monitor regulatory compliance and market developments in structured finance

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of law firm experience
• Prior experience in structured finance, CMBS, commercial real estate finance, or securitizations preferred
• Strong legal research and writing abilities
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of transaction teams
• Sound judgment and organizational capability when managing multiple priorities
