A leading business immigration firm seeks a senior associate for its Phoenix office. The role advises multinational enterprises on corporate immigration matters, manages high-profile client portfolios, and leads work on complex issues for senior clients. Senior associates develop key client relationships, anticipate regulatory changes, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development.

The work:

• Strategic immigration advising to corporate clients
• End-to-end case and project management for complex matters
• Client portfolio management and account leadership
• Business development and client relationship building
• Team leadership and mentoring of junior associates
• Risk management and regulatory compliance oversight

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years of associate-level immigration law experience
• Track record as a recognized immigration law expert
• Prior team management experience preferred
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills
• U.S. JD or LLM required
• Bar membership in a U.S. state or Washington DC required
