Leading immigration law firm specializing in corporate business immigration. This senior role involves managing complex matters, supervising teams, and developing strong client relationships.

The work:

• Advocate in complex business immigration matters including nonimmigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa cases
• Supervise attorneys and paralegals, allocating case work and ensuring quality
• Manage and represent clients at their sites and in ongoing communications
• Handle hiring, performance reviews, and training for junior attorneys and support staff
• Contribute to firm policies, procedures, and quality assurance initiatives

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years as a corporate immigration attorney with paralegal supervision experience
• J.D. degree and U.S. law licensure
• Strong written and oral English communication
• Proficiency with legal software and computer tools
• Leadership ability and organizational skills
