An AmLaw 100 firm's labor and employment team seeks a senior associate or counsel to manage employment litigation and advise employers on workforce matters. This is a private-practice role with active courtroom work at a firm with a nationally recognized employment law practice.

The work:

• Handle single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, EEOC, and class action employment disputes
• Advise employers on compliance, risk mitigation, and workforce strategy
• Prepare filings, motions, and discovery materials; make court appearances
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while developing client strategy

What they're looking for:

• 4 to 6 years of employment law experience for senior associate level, or 7 to 10 years for counsel
• Georgia bar admission (required)
• Track record litigating complex employment cases in state and federal court
• Writing and communication ability for client advocacy and client-facing work
• Client relationship skills and practical business judgment
• Clerkship background valued
• Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
