Leading employment firm seeks a senior-level associate with 5+ years of employment litigation experience to focus on complex wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters. You'll handle high-stakes disputes for employers across diverse industries.

The work:

• Manage all phases of complex employment litigation in state and federal courts
• Develop litigation strategy, assess risk exposure, and advise clients on settlement options
• Draft and argue substantive motions including arbitration, class certification, and dispositive motions
• Take and defend depositions with plaintiffs, witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts
• Oversee written discovery, document review, and case management
• Handle discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and trade secret claims
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and arbitrations
• Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk mitigation

What they're looking for:

• California bar admission
• 5+ years employment litigation experience with significant wage and hour class action and PAGA matter exposure
• Strong knowledge of California employment law and class action procedure
• Ability to manage complex matters and work directly with clients
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Demonstrated capability handling depositions and court appearances independently
• Prior law firm experience preferred
